Step 1: Check Your Inbox

You should be getting a confirmation email from me in the next few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder (and then mark me as "not spam" because we're about to be besties).

Step 2: Invoice + Payment

Within 24 hours, I'll send over your official client portal with your invoice and contract. Once I receive your 20% deposit (or first payment if you're doing a payment plan), we're officially locked in and ready to roll.

Step 3: The Questionnaire

After your payment clears, you'll get full access to your client portal and the all-important questionnaire. This is where I get inside your head—what you love, what you hate, who your dream clients are, and what's going to make them fall in love with your brand. Set aside about 45 minutes to an hour for this. The more detail you give me, the better your final result will be.

Step 4: Kick-Off

Once I have your completed questionnaire, we officially kick things off! You'll get a project timeline, access to all your resources, and we'll start building something badass together.
